Kit registration - "Bluetooth Fetch Kit code" not working?

This guide will walk you through the steps to register your product using the Avishkaar app on both Android and iPhone devices. If you're experiencing issues with the Fetch Code option, don’t worry! You can still complete the registration using alternative methods.

Step 1: Download the Avishkaar App

Download the Avishkaar app from the respective store using the links below:

Note
: If you have already installed the app, you can skip this step.

Step 2: Log in to Your Avishkaar Account

Launch the app and log in using any of the following methods:

✔ Registered Mobile Number & OTP
✔ Avishkaar ID & Password
✔ Google (Gmail) Login

Step 3: Access Your Profile

On the home screen of the Avishkaar app, locate the Profile
icon (as shown in the image below) and tap on it.

Step 4: Open the Kit Registration Section

In the Bio section of your profile, find the Add button (refer to the image below) and click on it.

Step 5: Register Your Product

Once you click the Add button, a Kit Registration pop-up will appear. The recommended method is Fetch Code, but if it doesn’t work, you can use the alternatives.

🔹 Option 1: Fetch Code (Recommended)

  1. Tap on Fetch Code to automatically retrieve your product registration details.
  2. Ensure that you have granted Bluetooth & Location permissions to the Avishkaar app.
  3. If Fetch Code is not working, go to your phone settings:
    • Open Settings > App Management
    • Find Avishkaar App
    • Grant Bluetooth & Location permissions
  4. Retry the Fetch Code option.

Alternative Registration Methods

🔹 Option 2: Scan QR Code

  • Locate the Product Code QR on your kit.
  • Use the app to scan the code.
  • Tap Save to complete registration.

🔹 Option 3: Manual Entry

  • Enter your Kit Registration Code manually.
  • Tap Save to complete the process.

📌 Where to Find the Product Code QR?

  • On the Kit Box
  • Inside the Product Manual

Congratulations, Your product is registered now. You can check your registered product under the bio section.

Important Notes

  1. ✅ The Product Code QR can be found on the kit box or inside the manual that came with the kit.
    ✅ Once a product is registered with a mobile number, it cannot be registered with another number.
    ✅ To access your registered product, always log in using the same mobile number or Avishkaar ID used during registration.
    ✅ For future reference, take a picture of your Product Code QR and store it safely. It may be required for:

    • Service & Support
    • Remote Control Access
    • Online Curriculum Access
